How do I retrieve my e-tickets at the train station?

• Proceed to the self service kiosk
• Enter your e-ticket #.
• Follow the simple instructions.

How do I know what my e-ticket # is?
Your e-ticket # is included in the email confirmation you receive from Rail Europe.

What do I need in order to retrieve my e-ticket?
All you'll need is your e-ticket # (found on your confirmation email).

Please note: there may be multiple e-ticket # for your itinerary.

Important:

• E-tickets can be retrieved up to 45 minutes before departure from the self service kiosk at the following Eurostar stations: St Pancras, Ebbsfleet, Ashford, Paris Nord, Calais Frethun and Brussels Midi.
