Travelers can choose from a wide selection of libations, including Fendant—Switzerland’s famous white wine made from the Chasselas grape. Your Fendant will be even more unique as you sip from the Glacier Express’s famous tilted glass, made especially for coping with the steep terrain that the train traverses.

Eat, Drink & Be Merry
- While aboard the Glacier Express, travelers can obtain beverages and snacks in their seats, delivered by the train’s Railbar staff.
- Travelers in first-class may choose to reserve a three course meal that includes soup in the winter, or salad during the summer season, meat with vegetables and side dishes, and dessert or a selection of cheeses.
- For the traveler with a sweet tooth, tasty Swiss chocolate also is available.
