What is the refund for unused or partially used passes?
We’re sorry, but we can only provide refunds for totally unused or unvalidated tickets. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

What is the refund policy for tickets?
Policies vary depending on the type of train and fare that you book. Just check the “details” tab of each fare for more specifics.
Refunds, when applicable, pertain to totally unused and unvalidated tickets only. A minimum 15% cancellation charge will apply.
In addition, refunds and exchanges are subject to a 5% administrative fee per train ticket.
