Rail Service Updates

Disturbances on some TGV tracks in the Paris area.

Due to some disturbances on some TGV tracks in the Paris area over the last few days, passengers on certain TGV train routes in France may have experienced train delays or cancellations. The French National Railroads are working to bring all services back to normal as soon as possible.
Rail Europe will handle the refunds to our clients holding TGV tickets, on trains that have been affected by these delays and/or cancellations on a case by case basis. Please contact our Customer Service at customerrelations@raileurope.com.
