The Eurostar Youth Voucher is a voucher that can be exchanged for a ticket anytime from 2 months to just 45 minutes before your selected time of travel, subject to availability. However, we recommend you reserve your train a minimum of 72 hours in advance to insure that you will be able to travel on the day you request.
When using the Eurostar Youth Voucher, how do I reserve my train?You must call and make a reservation at least 72 hours before the train's departure date by calling 44 (0) 1777 77 78 77. You’ll be given a reservation number when confirming your seat. You will need to fill in (in ink) the proper line on your voucher.
How do I exchange the Eurostar Youth Voucher for a ticket?Once you have a confirmed Eurostar Youth Voucher with your reservation number on it, you can then exchange your voucher for your ticket at one of the following locations: London St Pancras International, Aord International (any ticket window), Ebbsfleet International (any ticket window), Paris Gare du Nord (1st floor next to the Eurostar check-in) and Brussels Midi (at the Rail Tours Office next to the Eurostar Terminal).
How long is my Eurostar Youth Voucher valid?The Eurostar youth voucher can be purchased up to 6 months before your travel date.
Why do I have to call 72 hours before I want to travel if it states that I can exchange my ticket from up to 45 minutes before departure?Although you can exchange your ticket up to 45 minutes before you want to travel, you still need to call and confirm your train. There are a limited number of youth seats available for each train, and one must be available to use your voucher.
